This morning David was a guest on The Andrew Marr Show discussing the subject of torture in light of evidence which has emerged of UK collusion in torture.

Speaking about the case of Binyam Mohamed, David highlighted the issues that it raises and the implications it has for the Government and for all of us.

He was also asked about his speech to the Convention on Modern Liberty.
